Listing Pool
Ready-made listing kits for every service we cover. Pick a kit, add your city, publish — approved partners get free access to the pool.
How the pool works: each kit gives you a ready listing title, three description versions and a photo slot, so your listing looks professional from day one. Choose the description version you like — the versions exist so partners don’t all publish identical text. Replace [City] and [Business Name] with your own details before you submit.
Videos are not included in the kits — kits cover your title, description and photo slot only. And one kit means one listing: the one-listing-per-business rule below still applies.
Coverage & Target Locations
Our partner networks cover all 50 US states — there is no restricted state list. Each state has one hub city: the state’s largest metro, used as the anchor for listings in that state. A hub listing is a service-area listing — it serves the hub city and the area around it, roughly a 60 km (about 37-mile) radius. When you use a kit, pick your state and its hub below, and replace [City] in the kit with that hub city.

Shaffafiyat (transparency): Every partner sees only their own calls. The company's actual amount, the 20% platform cut, and your share — everything is in the open. A fake call ends your balance (Partner Rules).
Junk calls (very short or wrong-number calls) earn nothing and carry no penalty — but if a fake call is caught, the contract and all pending balance are terminated.

About FixProsList
FixProsList is a directory with a simple idea: homeowners should be able to find a local home-service pro and call them directly — and honest businesses should be able to get listed without paying for the privilege.
Every listing on this site is reviewed by a person before it is published. Free “Published” listings carry the same review as paid “Advertised” ones; advertising buys placement and a Sponsored badge, never a pass on review.
We cover eight trades — plumbing, electrical, garage doors, roofing, appliances, HVAC, painting, and 24/7 emergency services — and we are growing city by city. If your city shows no pros yet, that space is honest and empty on purpose: we would rather show nothing than invent businesses.

Terms of Use
What this site is. FixProsList is a directory that connects customers with independent home-service businesses. We are not the service provider, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a pro.
No advance payments. This platform never takes advance payments for work. Pay your chosen pro directly, under the terms you agree with them.
Listings. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing details. Every listing is reviewed before publishing, and we may edit or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or not a genuine home-service business.
One listing per business. We check name + phone + city before publishing — duplicates are removed. If your business already appears here, claim it instead of adding it again.
Sponsored placement. Listings marked “Sponsored” are paid placements. Sponsored status affects position and highlighting only — it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of work quality.
Your responsibility. Verify licensing, insurance, and references with the pro before hiring, as requirements vary by state and trade.
Job posts. By posting a job you agree that pros listed in the directory may contact you about that job at the number you provide.
Privacy Policy
What we collect. Only what the forms on this site ask for: business details from owners who list, and contact details from customers who post a job.
How we use it. Business details are used to review and publish your listing. Job details and your phone number are shared only with pros who may be able to do the job, so they can contact you about it.
What we don’t do. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t ask for or take payments through this site.
Removal and corrections. Email info@easytofix.homes to correct or remove your listing or job post.
